Please feel free to use our quick and easy menu plans, recipes and shopping lists. These were initially collated by us to help out the front line workers and their families during the 2020 Lockdown.

Now that life is starting to pick up its usual manic pace, we hope that the recipes will help and inspire anyone that is struggling for time and culinary inspiration.

Each week has two vegetarian recipes, a fish recipe and something fun for Saturday nights. The recipes are generally simple enough for kids to have a go at making them too.
