Teenagers – Macarons & Meringues Class – £90

If your teen is keen on baking, then they will love this day of mastering their patisserie skills. Daren will whisk them into a cloud of meringue & macaroon heaven.  With a day filled with demonstrations, hands on learning and lots of tasting they will be a professional in no time.  Daren will also teach how to make French, Swiss and Italian meringues and piping skills too.  There will be plenty to take home along with their newly founded skills and recipes.  

A light lunch will be provided with soft drinks.

A fabulous half-term treat, especially as we do all the washing up!  Just think how useful your child will be at every party once they have mastered the skill of making these delicacies.
