A fabulous day spent learning to make Sushi and the traditional Japanese eating style called ichi ju san sai. This is a common style of eating at home, having one soup, a few other dishes which often include fish or meat and seasonal vegetables, with rice all served at once on individual plates.
In this class we will make roll sushi learning how to cook sushi rice. You will be introduced to many Japanese key ingredients such as miso and a variety of seaweeds. This is a great opportunity to bring Japanese flavours to your home cooking.
