We are so excited to announce our Virtual Sports Nutrition Course. This course is aimed at teenaged athletes, their parents, amateur athletes looking for nutritional inspiration and those on a New Year’s fitness regime.
This 2 hour course will consist of Sharon discussing the importance of nutrition when exercising and how you can help enhance your performance through eating the correct quantity and quality of food. Daren will then take over and whilst demonstrating a few recipes he will also discuss sourcing ingredients and how to make nutritional cooking more affordable and less time consuming.
