Refreshments will be provided on your arrival at 10am.
Spend a cosy day at Colliers Cookery School learning how to make various delicious soups. We will try to use as much seasonal vegetables and produce as possible, although there may be some exotic twists to tantalise the tastebuds.
Impress your guests with your new found skills in bread making too. Daren really enjoys his time at Swifts Bakery in Ludlow making all types of wonderful breads. A lot will be learnt from his enthusiasm and passion for bread making, especially when he passes on some tricks of the trade.
Lunch with wine will be provided and you will be free to leave at 2.30pm.
A wonderful ‘hygge’ day to do either by yourself or with a friend. The washing up is even down for you!
