Stir it Up with 'Chief Stirrer' Sonia Lloyd

A fabulous day out learning to make your very own Luxury Mincemeat, leaving plenty of time to let it mature before the Christmas festivities.  Get ahead and make your own gifts of jams, pickles and marmalade too.

The ‘Chief Stirrer’ from the award winning company Bewdston Preserves will demonstrate her tantalising recipes and give you some fabulous ‘top tips’ in the world of preserving, before giving you the opportunity to make your own to take home.

Lunch with wine will be provided, making it the perfect occasion to spend with a friend or just have some precious time out for yourself.  

All jars, labels & washing up is included!

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
