Spend a day with Charlotte Pike mastering Persian culinary skills, techniques and recipes. The renowned cookery book author will demonstrate the following recipes before you have a go yourself: Joojeh kebab, Lamb and sour cherry meatballs, Persian rice, Shirazi Salad, Kuku fritters, Mâst-o-khiâr, Sesame flatbreads, Sweet saffron and rose.
You will be able to taste some of your mouth-watering products over lunchtime with a glass of wine and then take the rest home with you, along with the recipes and memories of a day out of the norm.
A fabulous and spoiling day to do either by yourself or with a friend, we even do the washing up!

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes. Everything will be provided including aprons.
