Persian Cuisine with Charlotte Pike

Spend a day with Charlotte Pike mastering the culinary skills, techniques and recipes from the Middle East.  The renowned cookery book author will demonstrate the following authentic recipes before you have a go yourself (please note that these recipes may be subject to change).

– Spiced lamb meatballs in a tomato, turmeric and fresh herb sauce with sour cherries
– Apricot and pistachio tabbouleh with fresh herbs and orange blossom
– Kale, spinach, walnut and pomegranate salad with caramelised red onions
– Roast aubergines with walnuts, pomegranate and tahini yoghurt
– Freekeh, halloumi, tomato and pomegranate salad

You will be able to taste some of your mouth-watering products over lunchtime with a glass of wine and then take the rest home with you, along with the recipes and memories of a day out of the norm.

A fabulous and spoiling day to do either by yourself or with a friend, we even do the washing up!- 

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
