Pastry Course with Steve Lyons

Stir it up and bake it up with Steve...

A hands on pastry making lesson with Steve who trained under the French Michelin chef Raymond Blanc.  You will have a fun filled day mastering your skill at pastry making with Steve’s fabulous sweet and savory recipes.  There will also be a chance to try your hand at croissant making.

Lunch with wine and all the washing up included.  A fabulous and spoiling day to do either by yourself or with some friends.  Just think how popular you will be when you bring home some of your creations and new found knowledge!


Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
