Refreshments will be served upon arrival before our chef tutor Daren whisks you into the kitchen to the culinary delights of the Mediterranean.  

Prolong the summer and spend the day immersing yourself in our tantalising recipes that will be yours to take home at the end of the day.  Daren will demonstrate the techniques and then you will be able to have a go yourself in our bright and modern cookery school, using the freshest of ingredients.

Lunch with wine will be provided.

A fabulous day out, stepping out of the ordinary into a world smelling and tasting of the Mediterranean.  Be inspired and ‘stir it up’ either by yourself or with a group of friends.  We even do the washing up for you!
