Refreshments will be provided on your arrival at 10am.
You will spend the day with Daren teaching you all the tricks of the trade. Butchering, vegetable preparation, knife maintenance and filleting is just for starters. There will be plenty of opportunity and space for you to have a go yourselves either with our own knives or you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Lunch with wine will be provided and you will be free to leave at 2pm.
