Learn how to scale, gut, skin and fillet a variety of fish. You will be given a demonstration and then a chance to try it for yourself. You will then be taught recipes for you to take home that will compliment your new found fish skills. Tom will also advise you regarding fish sustainability and locally sourced fish.
What better way to appreciate your hard work by sitting down with a glass of wine at lunchtime and have a taste. There may even be a little left for you to take home at the end of the day!
