Steve Lyons will be teaching you ...

Be inspired with some new fish recipes, top tips and advice on fish sustainability abroad and in British waters.  Top chef Steve Lyons will also teach you how to scale, gut, skin and fillet a variety of fish. You will then try the recipes and your new fish skills for yourself at your own workstation. 

What better way to appreciate your hard work by sitting down with a glass of wine at lunchtime and tasting the recipes. There may even be a little left for you to take home at the end of the day!

Refreshments on arrival, lunch served with wine and even the washing up done for you… a perfect day out to do with friends or on your own.

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
