Dinner Party Cuisine with Steve Lyons – £120

Make hosting as enjoyable for you as it will be for your guests by discovering tantalising recipes that leave you time to chat to your guests without panicking about the food. 

Steve Lyons has the most impressive CV having previously been the senior tutor at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Hotel Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons.

Refreshments will be provided on arrival.  Steve will then whisk you down to the kitchen where you will be given the recipes, a demonstration and a hands on lesson in preparing every element of a sensational three course meal.  

The essence of the course is to give you inspiration, time saving & professional culinary top tips whilst you try out the recipes for yourself.  The seasonal recipes will focus on game with a vegetarian alternative.

Your hard work will be paid off as you sit down with a glass of wine to taste some of your dishes at lunchtime.

A fabulous day out to do either by yourself or with a friend.  We even do the washing up!
