Steve Lyons will be teaching you ...

Make hosting as enjoyable for you as it will be for your guests.
You will be given the recipe, a demonstration and a hands on lesson in preparing every element of a sensational three course meal.

Your hard work will be paid off as you sit down with a glass of wine to taste some of your dishes at lunchtime and have the rest to take home at the end of the day.

Equipment list:

Please wear covered and flat shoes. Aprons, pencils and everything else will be provided.
