Steve Lyons will be teaching you ..

Make this Christmas the most relaxing to host, with top tips for the main meal and elaborate yet easy to produce recipes over the festive period.

We look forward to welcoming you with some refreshments. You will then be introduced to Steve who will whisk you off into the kitchen where you will find your designated work station.  The course will consist of top tips for the Christmas main meal and inspirational recipes for hosting over the festive period.  

The day will consist of tutorial demonstrations and hands on experience to perfect your culinary skills. Lunch, wine and soft drinks will be served in the dining room.

A fabulous day out to do either by yourself or with a friend!

Equipment list:

No need to bring anything.  Aprons, ingredients, stationery and equipment provided.  Recipes to take home.
