'Stir it up' & cook 'Chinese' ...

Cook up a real Chinese feast!

Refreshments will be served on your arrival at 10am where you will have the opportunity to meet and have a chat with Lei.

You will learn to make…

– Dark braised pork belly with egg and pak choi

– Szechuan aubergine with garlic and chilli sauce

– Chinese tiger salad 

– Chinese dumplings with chicken, mushroom and carrot filling

 

Lunch will be provided with wine and there will be plenty left over to take home.

A fabulous day to do either by yourself or why not treat a friend?  We even do the washing up for you!

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
