Refreshments will be provided on your arrival at 10am.

Impress your guests with your new found skills in making these impressive recipes:

– Soda Bread

– Basic Bread doughs in varying colours, flavours & toppings

Daren Bale is a dedicated and an innovative award-winning Chef, with over 35 years’ experience across the UK and Europe.  Recently Daren has mastered his skill and reignited his passion for bread making at Swifts Bakery in Ludlow, producing all types of wonderful breads.   A lot will be learnt from his enthusiasm and passion for bread making, especially when he passes on some tricks of the trade.

Lunch with wine will be provided and you will be free to leave at around 3pm.

A wonderful day to do either by yourself or with a friend.  The washing up is even done for you!

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
