'Stir It Up' for Summer Entertaining

Steve Lyons will be teaching you ...

Dust off your hosting cobwebs and get prepared for the 2022 summer season of entertaining and rejoicing.  Make up for those past two years of missed events and celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee in style with our own master chef, Steve Lyons.  

Steve Lyons has the most impressive CV having previously been the senior tutor at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Hotel Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons.

Refreshments will be provided on arrival.  Steve will then whisk you down to the kitchen where you will be given the recipes, a demonstration and a hands on lesson in preparing every element of a sensational three course meal.  

The essence of the course is to give you inspiration, time saving & professional culinary top tips whilst you try out the recipes for yourself.  

Your hard work will be paid off as you sit down outside in our beautiful setting, with a glass of wine to taste some of your dishes at lunchtime.

A fabulous day out to do either by yourself or with a friend.  We even do the washing up!

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
