A fabulous day immersing yourself totally in a day of French cuisine.  Steve Lyons was trained by Raymond Blanc and ran the cookery school at Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons, so is the perfect chef tutor to help perfect your love and experience of French cooking.

Refreshments will be available on arrival whilst you meet Steve and have a look through your recipes.  You will then be taken down into the cookery school where Steve will demonstrate the seasonal recipes before you have a go yourself.  Not only will you be taking home your new found knowledge and sensational recipes but hopefully a dish or two as well.

Lunch with wine and soft drinks are provided during the day and even the washing up is done for you.

A wonderful day escaping from the norm, either by yourself or with a friend.

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
