Stir It Up and learn some French Cuisine

Steve Lyons will be teaching you ...

Make hosting as enjoyable for you as it will be for your guests and go for the ‘ooh la la’ factor.  You will be given the recipe, a demonstration and a hands on lesson in preparing every element of some sensational French recipes taught to you by Steve Lyons.  Steve has worked for and now freelances for Raymond Blanc.

Your hard work will be paid off as you sit down with a glass of wine to taste some of your dishes at lunchtime and have the rest to take home at the end of the day.

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
