Forage & Feast...

with Forager Owen Raybould & Chef Daren Bale

After some refreshments on arrival and a chance to meet our forager and chef, you will be taken off by forager Owen around our fields set amongst the most spectacular views of the Welsh mountains and the Malvern Hills.  Owen will source, identify and collect with you suitable Spring foliage that you can use in your own kitchen.  On return, chef Daren will cook you up a delicious and well deserved lunch using some of your discoveries.  Complimentary wine and soft drinks will be served with your lunch.

After lunch there will be demonstrations from both Owen and Daren with recipes and the rules of using foraged ingredients within your own kitchen.  

You will take home with you your new found foraging knowledge, maybe some goodies that have been cooked up and some recipes.

This course is suitable for novice foragers and those that have some experience already.  A fabulous day out, suitable for families, friends or to just come by yourself.  Everyone will be made more than welcome.  

It would make a wonderful gift.

Equipment list:

You will need to bring wellies, waterproofs (hoping that these will not be needed), a basket or bag, a notebook and a camera.
