Stir It Up with Fish Skills

Steve Lyons will be teaching you ...

Enhance your knowledge in preparing, filleting, cooking and the sustainability of various types of fish.

You will be given a demonstration and a hands on lesson in preparing various recipes with your new found knowledge in fish skills.

Your hard work will be paid off as you sit down with a glass of wine to taste some of your dishes at lunchtime.

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.

There are no pre-requisites for attending this course.
