Croissants & Pastries with Mathieu

Stir it up and bake it up with Matty ...

A hands on lesson with the artisan French baker Matty, who still makes and sells his delicious croissants, pastries and breads at the Ludlow market.  You will have a fun filled day not only being taught how to replicate Matty’s authentic French croissants but also learn a variety of skills in making other types of pastries.   

Lunch with wine and all the washing up included.  A fabulous and spoiling day to do either by yourself or with some friends.  Just think how popular you will be when you bring home some of your creations and new found knowledge!

 

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
