Creative Salads & Quick Suppers

with Charlotte Pike...

Ever feel that you are on a never ending treadmill of forever turning out the same meal with well trodden recipes?  Have a fun day being inspired with Charlotte Pike.   The renowned cookery book author will demonstrate the following recipes, before you have a go yourself (please note that the recipes may be subject to change).

– Salmon burgers with watercress, wasabi and lime sauce
– Red rice and roasted sweet potato salad with herbs and toasted seeds and a sesame soy dressing
– Miso-glazed aubergines with kale, red onions, toasted pumpkin seeds and butterbean mash
– Warm mushroom and cavolo nero salad with shaved parmesan and olive oil croûtons
– Vietnamese pork larb salad

You will be able to taste some of your mouth-watering products over lunchtime with a glass of wine and then take the rest home with you, along with the recipes and memories of a day out of the norm.

A fabulous and spoiling day to do either by yourself or with a friend, we even do the washing up!

Equipment list:

Please wear covered, flat and comfy shoes.  Everything will be provided including aprons.
