Stir it Up with Steve Lyons

Make this Christmas the most relaxing to host, with top tips for the main meal and elaborate yet easy to produce recipes over the festive period.

We look forward to welcoming you with some refreshments. You will then be introduced to our top chef tutor Steve Lyons, who has been trained by Raymond Blanc.  

Steve will whisk you off into the kitchen where you will find your designated work station.  The course will consist of inspirational recipes for hosting over the festive period and top tips for the main meal with tutorial demonstrations and hands on experience to perfect your culinary skills in making festive canapes, starters, mains and desserts. 

Lunch, wine and soft drinks will be served in the dining room.

A fabulous day out to do either by yourself or with a friend.  We even do the washing up!

Equipment list:

No need to bring anything.  Aprons, ingredients, stationery and equipment provided.  Recipes to take home.
